I am a family member of one of the salesman at Midland Honda but, that aside I recently purchased a vehicle via Richard Davies (owner of Midland Honda) who was professional, patient and he pain stakingly helped me buy my dream convertible from the US and for anyone who knows me I am A.K.A Picky Patsy!! I wanted to say a huge thanks again to you and your staff for assisting me with a car lease. I have always owned a GM product and believe in the brand as I also represent a large brand in my occupation.

Switching brands and the transition and not knowing anyone at your dealership all changed the moment I walked through the door. I was pleasantly greeted by Robyn at the front desk who could not have been nicer, it was a key factor in helping me make a decision to do business with your dealership. I was offered coffee, and cookies and I was there too look at a vehicle.

Then I met Lorraine who I knew was new at her job. She was helpful, kind and patient with me. Lou also assisted and chatted with me for a few times, he was patient, informative and knowledgeable. The two of them made this easier for me and it was Lou who put something together for me for the repair of my truck that assured me you were not there just to take my money. You cared and wanted to do business. I was very happy with the outcome. I visited one of your competitor's as I told you and did not feel comfortable that my needs were being looked after.

Marcy was great, explained everything, was thorough and very approachable and always took my phone call and answered my questions.

I know that the Tornado last year caused the business to lose money for a period of time and I hope that in a way I have been able to help a local business rebuild and re-establish itself.

Once again, thank you. I will certainly raise the name and brand to anyone that crosses my path in search for a vehicle and direct them to your door.

WOW, what an experience!!! What a pleasure it was to deal with you on the purchase of a new Honda CRV. No pressure, just friends meeting and making a deal. Never experienced that before. Thank you so much!

It was nice to deal with Lorraine. She was so professional and so knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us to make an informed choice. No high pressure. The staff were all so friendly and obliging and Richard was there offering advice, coffee, cookies and always a smile. We took him up on the cookies :o). Thought he should throw in a case to close the deal but no such luck. Will have to go back and have them when we take the car in for the first service.
