Originally from the Hamilton area starting in the automotive industry in 1988, I moved to North Simcoe County 16 years ago and quickly felt at home in this beautiful part of Ontario. I am a proud mother of my adult son, who I try to visit & spend time with as much as I can, also enjoying time with family and friends. When time permits, I enjoy all 4 seasons, biking, hiking, & cross-country skiing. I joined the Midland Honda team in 2019 at the original dealership location on King Street and braved the BIG move here to our NEW location on Jones Road to our new facility. It has been a pleasure to be part of the growth of the dealership that I've seen since I started 7 + years ago. For the past six years, I've had the pleasure of being part of the Midland Honda team, building strong relationships with our customers and helping ensure every service experience runs smoothly. With over 14 years in the automotive service industry, I bring a well-rounded background that includes roles as a Service Advisor, Parts Manager, and Assistant Service Manager. This experience allows me to understand our customers' needs from every angle and provide efficient, knowledgeable support. I'm passionate about delivering excellent service and take pride in being a friendly, reliable point of contact for anyone calling the dealership--whether it's to schedule maintenance or simply ask a question. Connecting with people is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful customers. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family. I'm also a proud mother of three amazing grown children. When summer rolls around, you'll often find me on the road, enjoying spontaneous drives and seeing where the journey takes me. I also love to travel, and one of my most memorable experiences was a European trip through Germany, Austria, Italy, and Slovenia.
