Originally from the Hamilton area starting in the automotive industry in 1988, I moved to North Simcoe County 16 years ago and quickly felt at home in this beautiful part of Ontario. I was born in the city but became a country girl about twenty years ago. I lived on a horse farm just outside of Orangeville for the better part of my life. I come from a background in the service industry and one day fate brought me into the world of automotive. Since then I have never looked back. With over 14 years in the automotive service industry, I bring a well-rounded background that includes roles as a Service Advisor, Parts Manager, and Assistant Service Manager. This experience allows me to understand our customers' needs from every angle and provide efficient, knowledgeable support. I'm passionate about delivering excellent service and take pride in being a friendly, reliable point of contact for anyone calling the dealership--whether it's to schedule maintenance or simply ask a question. Connecting with people is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful customers. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family. I'm also a proud mother of three amazing grown children. When summer rolls around, you'll often find me on the road, enjoying spontaneous drives and seeing where the journey takes me. I also love to travel, and one of my most memorable experiences was a European trip through Germany, Austria, Italy, and Slovenia.
