Good afternoon, I wanted to send off a quick email regarding our recent experience with Midland Honda. My husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle to replace our aging Ford Edge. Being a creature of habit, I started the process off looking at the new Edge and followed up with test drive in the new Terrain. I will admit, we have never owned a Honda. I hesitated as I pulled into the Midland Honda lot. I was met by Ty at the door and instantly felt welcomed, valued and listened to. I told him what I was looking for and I sat in the new CR-V in the showroom... and that was it! I knew it was what I was looking for!
I can't say enough positive things about our entire experience. Ty knows his vehicles, he was beyond friendly and has an excellent sense of humour! I did not feel any pressure and felt as though he went above and beyond. Lou was excellent and so was the service staff! It was so refreshing to walk into a place of business and instantly feel at home. I will sing your praises to whoever will listen. I'm only on day 3 with my new CR-V but am thrilled with vehicle from front to back.
