Customer Care Specialist

Midland, ON
Full-time, Permanent
$15 - $17 an hour

Your role as a Customer Care Specialist at Midland Honda will require you to keep close connections with our current customer base, including potential customers interested in the brand. Booking appointments is your main objective resulting in the customer meeting with their necessary sales or service professional.

Plans and manages all daily/weekly/monthly goals and processes to ensure timely production of quota achievements

Assists in the development of internal control standards and procedures (i.e. update customer contact information, and other details discussed)

Contact customers about certain incentives and upgrade opportunities as qualified

Receive incoming sales calls and Internet inquiries

Speak in a friendly warm manner

Conduct incoming and outgoing calls and emails

All-shift phone and/or email communications

Sitting for long periods of time

Computer literate (particular to Microsoft excel, outlook, internal programs)

Assist in obtaining company goals and quotas

Communicate with sales staff and managers

Follow dealership internal processes

Strong process development and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills

Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
